Accredited by a national or state agency recognized by the Secretary of Education for the purposes of nursing education. You must submit official documentation of accreditation in Attachment 1 for all affiliated nursing programs. Tribes and tribal organizations may be eligible if they own and operate an accredited school of nursing.
