The Community Compass Technical Assistance (CCTA) program awards competitive grants to eligible applicants. CCTA recipients must meet high expectations. To win an award, you must meet every requirement in this NOFO and show a record of excellent performance. Specifically, you must: Know HUD's programs and topics and have experience carrying them out, Provide staff experienced in designing and delivering training, Keep enough staff available to shift quickly to high-priority tasks, Have the capacity, systems, and staffing to manage a federal award. Recipients that do not meet CCTA's high performance standards will not succeed. HUD may monitor your performance and may end an award under 2 CFR 200.340. Our expectations are high, but you will not deliver results alone. If awarded, you will: Work with HUD program office leadership on each engagement, Receive training and support from HUD's Office of Technical Assistance (OTA), Coordinate your work with other award recipients.
