Behavioral Health Integration Initiative
The purpose of the BH2I program is to improve the physical, mental, social, and spiritual health of American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals by expanding integrated, coordinated behavioral health care. The program supports Tribal and Urban Indian Organization (UIO) health systems in delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that integrate behavioral health with primary care, nutrition, exercise, and social, spiritual, and cultural supports.
