VV Engage Fellowship 2026

VV Engage is a Vital Voices signature fellowship for outstanding women public leaders making and influencing policy across the globe. The programme strengthens leadership capacity, decision-making power, bipartisan collaboration, and progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience in a leadership or decision-making role in public office, government, civic institutions, political movements, or public policy spaces.

Eligible profiles include elected or appointed officials, political party leaders, political activists, community leaders, media professionals, and civil society leaders.

Applicants must demonstrate commitment to the Vital Voices Leadership Model, transparency and good governance, gender equality, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

The 10-month programme runs from June 2026 to March 2027.

Fellows participate in leadership, strategic communications, political strategy, and governance training, with access to the Council of Women World Leaders and the Vital Voices global network.

The fellowship is fully funded. Accepted fellows must commit to full participation throughout the programme.
